Welcome!
This study is an invitation to slow down and look at the Seven Days of Creation not only as the beginning of the world, but as a pattern God still uses to bring change, healing, and restoration into our lives today.
As we walk through Genesis together, our goal is not simply to gain information, but to learn how God works — how He brings light where there has been darkness, order where there has been confusion, and life where things feel empty or stuck.
Throughout this study, you’ll be encouraged to notice the contrast between creation’s obedience to God’s word and the ways we, as humans, sometimes resist change. This helps us understand why transformation can feel difficult — and how God patiently reshapes environments, rhythms, and systems so that growth can take root.
We will explore the idea that lasting change doesn’t come from motivation alone, but from alignment with God’s order. Just as God structured creation before filling it with life, He often brings transformation by restoring order in our habits, thoughts, relationships, and spiritual lives.
Most importantly, this study is about restoration, not pressure. Genesis shows us that God does not rush, discard, or overwhelm what is broken. He speaks, He separates, He fills, and He calls His work good. That same process applies to our lives today.
By the end of this study, you should feel better equipped to recognize how God is working in seasons of change — and how to partner with Him through trust, obedience, and rest.
We’re glad you’re here. You don’t have to have everything figured out — just a willingness to walk the process together.

Week of 2/12/2026 - 2/19/2026
Topic: Day 1 SYSTEMS
This week we are discussing Day One of creation and how God introduces light before He changes anything else. We are exploring how light reveals the systems we are operating in — group systems (church, family, culture), individual systems we may have been pulled into, and personal “pit” situations that feel difficult to climb out of. Day One is not about fixing or escaping yet. It is about awareness. When God says, “Let there be light,” He allows us to see patterns, environments, and cycles clearly so that real transformation can begin. This week is about clarity, discernment, and recognizing what has been shaping us — without shame, pressure, or panic.
Lord, Speak light into every area of my life that I have not clearly seen. Reveal the systems I am operating in — the group patterns, the individual dynamics, and the personal pits that have shaped me. Holy Spirit, hover over the places that feel formless and unsettled. Let Your light bring clarity before change. I welcome Your order. I welcome Your truth.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
